Machine Rental Rates with 2 flavors included: Flavors are $15 apiece and more can be added by request. Under 10 Miles $155 Over 10 Miles $165 Over 20 Miles $175 Over 25 Miles $190 Over 30 Miles $200 Over 35 Miles $215 Over 40 Miles $230 Over 45 Miles $250 *$70 Per Day After the First Day *Late Night Pick Up After 9PM is an additional $25. ($35 on pickups over 30 Miles) ***Cost difference due prior to or at time of delivery and signing of rental agreement.
