Machine Rental Rates with 2 flavors included: Flavors are $15 apiece and more can be added by request. Under 10 Miles $315 Over 10 Miles $325 Over 20 Miles $335 Over 25 Miles $350 Over 30 Miles $360 Over 35 Miles $375 Over 40 Miles $390 Over 45 Miles $410 *$75 Per Day After the Third Day *Late Night Pick Up After 9PM is an additional $25. ($35 on pickups over 30 Miles) ***Cost difference due prior to or at time of delivery and signing of rental agreement.
